Example: General Electric (GE) had a problem shipping light bulbs to Europe, due to a new regulation requiring packaging materials be taken back after delivery. In a training session using BOFF-O!, someone picked the Launcher of “CAN” and the Booster of “CHANGE CONTAINER.” He combined them and created the idea: Package the light bulbs in a Rubbermaid garbage can, deliver the light bulbs, then sell the garbage can! A culture-shifting solution! The problem became a possibility for profit.
